In January 2022 ECEC started working with 7Plus7 Construction (Homebuilders) Ltd on the refurbishment of a 7 bedroom property, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The inside of the property is being completely stripped back, with the assistance of ECEC’s Electricians.
The initial phase of this project involves:-
- Reviewing the floor plans of the property and planning the work, and setting timescales for this phase in line with the builders/joiners.
- First fix tasks which involves stripping out all the old wiring and all sockets, light switches and light fittings and further in-built wiring.
- Estimated completion date of this phase is (wayne shall we add a month here?)
