At ECEC we have a Customer Service Team who put our clients are the centre of everything we do.
If you are looking for an Electrical Contractor who is professional and friendly ECEC’s Customer Service Team are here to help.
Our work covers Domestic, Commercial and New Build Housing projects as well as Solar PV Panel and Battery Storage System installations.
From your first point of contact through to completion of your job we will communicate with you all the way.
Domestic Clients
- Contact our Customer Service Team with your initial enquiry.
- We may recommend a site visit to discuss your electrical requirements in more detail.
- You will receive a no obligation competitive quote.
- On acceptance we will schedule in your job at a time/date that suits you.
Commercial & New Build Development & Renewable Energy Commercial Clients
- Email tenders@ecec.me.uk for commercial, new build electrical installations and solar panel and battery installation projects.
- An on-site visit will be arranged with one of our highly experienced Electricians to review/discuss site plans.
- You will receive a detailed estimate of works.
- You will be assigned a dedicated site supervisor who will oversea the running of our joint project.
- All our Electricians are fully NICEIC qualified MCS certified and professional in their approach to every job.
- They wear ECEC branded clothing and all the appropriate PPE, arrive on time and talk you through the job to ensure everything is clear on what is involved.
- The job is undertaken with minimal disruption. (Out of hours for offices/retail premises).
