At ECEC (Edinburgh City Electrical Contractors) our clients are the centre of everything we do. From the first point of contact through to completion of the work you will receive a friendly and professional service.

Our team will offer telephone assistance to your initial enquiry to understand your electrical needs and if required we will organise an on-site visit.

On-site visits give you the opportunity to discuss requirements with one of our highly experienced Team who in turn will provide advice and offer a suitable solution to meet your needs.

We provide a no obligation competitive quote and on acceptance we will work with you to find a suitable date and time to undertake the job.

All our Electricians are fully NICEIC qualified and professional in their approach to every job. They wear ECEC branded clothing and all the appropriate PPE, arrive on time and talk you through the job to ensure everything is clear on what is involved. 

The job is undertaken with minimal disruption, and we clean up after ourselves leaving the property clean and tidy.

After the work has been completed, we will check with you that you were happy with the work undertaken, and if there is anything further we can do prior to invoicing.
